New Polish craft bakery opens in Crewe town centre
By Ryan Parker 6th Nov 2026
A new Polish craft bakery has officially launched in Crewe, bringing fresh bread, pastries and traditional treats to the town centre.
Masovia Craft Bakery, Victoria Street, opened its doors at 9am on Friday 6 November.
Employing eight staff, the bakery offers a selection of artisan sourdough bread, Polish cakes, pastries, sandwiches and coffee.
Customers can also enjoy hot savoury snacks, alongside ice cream sundaes and a range of drinks.
The bakery has plenty of indoor seating, with customers able to eat in or take their purchases away.

Marketing Executive at Masovia Craft Bakery, Zuzanna Podolak, told Nub News: "We want Victoria Street to feel alive again. Crewe town centre has lost a lot of businesses in recent years, and it felt like something was missing.
"We wanted to give people a reason to come into town again, a place to relax, and a spot to meet friends and family.
"We searched for the right place for our next bakery, and when we found this beautiful building, full of natural daylight, we knew straight away that it was the one.
"We had also heard that a large Polish community lives in Crewe, so we wanted to bring them a taste of home.
"Masovia Craft Bakery is a Polish bakery, and our first shop opened in Walsall in October 2021.
"We offer artisan sourdough bread in a wide range of types, from crusty loaves to soft ones, and rustic bread with sun-dried tomatoes.
"Our doughnuts come in plenty of variations, including our Nest doughnut, and we also have pastries and beautiful tartlets.

"We have cakes to enjoy in the shop, and birthday cakes you can order to celebrate the happiest moments of your life.
"There are sandwiches and hot savoury snacks such as zapiekanki, a toasted Polish baguette with melted cheese, and great drinks and coffee, made by our baristas.
"Behind every product there is a person who made it with their hands, with care and love for what they do."
"We take traditional Polish recipes and give them a modern twist, so there's something here for everyone, because everyone deserves a tasty treat.
"We'd love people to come in and try something they've never tasted before.
"Dogs are welcome too, so bring the whole family. We can't wait to welcome Crewe."
Masovia Craft Bakery is open 8am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday) 8.30am to 5pm (Sunday).
