New fishing shop to officially open in Crewe this June

A new carp fishing shop is set to officially launch in Crewe this June, selling the likes of fishing tackle, bait, beds, bivvies, rods, pods and clothing.
Rippa Tackle, 121 Nantwich Road, opens its doors to the public at 10am on Saturday 7 June, with £1000 worth of prizes to be won, provided by Carp Life Competitions, as well as special store discounts.
Operated by carp fishing influencers, Henry Lennon and Jacob Worth, Rippa Tackle originated online and sells the likes of Nash Tackle, Korda, Sticky, Fortis and more.

Rippa Tackle aims to fill the void left by the imminent closure of Fishing Republic, Clay Lane, set to shutter this August.
Henry said: "On Saturday 7 June, from 10am to 5pm at 121 Nantwich Road, Crewe, we are having the Rippa Tackle open day.
"It is a tackle shop that Jacob and I have just opened. We have been trading online so far. We have done a few little soft launch open days but this is the official big open day.
"Myself and Jacob are going to be there. We have Scott Lloyd coming down as well from Sticky.
"He is representing Sticky because in-store we have got loads of Nash tackle, Korda and sticky baits. We have got some Fortis in there as well.
"It is a very well equipped tackle shop, specialising in carp fishing.

"So, if you are in the Crewe area, please come down on Saturday and say hi. We would love to see you guys there.
"We have some games going on, we have loads of prizes to be won, with £1000 worth to give away, sponsored by Carp Life Competitions."
Rippa Tackle is open 3pm to 7pm (Thursday), 9am to 7pm (Friday) and 10am to 4pm (Saturday and Sunday).
