A NEW online newspaper has been launched in Crewe which aims to bring the town's public the stories, both hard news and really positive articles, they have been missing in the regional media for too many years.

Crewe Nub News will be there for you going forward to bring you what is happening around the town when it happens. It will be dedicated to Crewe.

We want to promote the High Street, local businesses, charities and the wider community.

Importantly, Crewe Nub News will give groups and societies the opportunity to post their own stories to our site via our Nub It button on the Home page.

This will allow people to input their stories and pictures plus their contact details. These will be checked by our team of experienced journalists, including Crewe regional editor Gwyn Griffiths, before they go online. Trust is vital to us.

Crewe Nub News also has a Facebook page at facebook.com/CreweNubNews and Twitter feed @CreweNub

It is exciting times for local news coverage now and Crewe Nub News will look forward to bringing this to our readers in the future.
