Crewe pubs, restaurants and barbers set for July 4 re-opening

PUBS, restaurants and hairdressing salons in Crewe have been given the go-ahead to re-open on July 4 the Prime Minister announced a further raft of lockdown easing today.
The measures also include a change to the social distancing guideline with a relaxation of the 2m rule to "one metre plus" which means staying one metre apart while observing precautions to reduce the risk of transmission.
Restaurants and pubs will be allowed to re-open providing they follow safety guidelines. From Saturday, July 4 they can throw open their doors but only for table service and interaction between staff and customers will be strictly limited.
Customers will have to give contact details when they enter a pub or restaurant.
Holiday accommodation, including hotels, cottages and campsites will also be able to re-open and people in England will be free to stay away from home overnight for the first time since lockdown began on March 23.
Hairdressers can invite customers in as long as they take precautions, but other contact services such as nail bars remain closed.
What else can re-open?
- Outdoor spaces if they can do so safely, including outdoor gyms and children's playgrounds.
- Libraries, community centres, bingo halls, cinemas, museums and galleries along with funfairs and theme parks, indoor leisure centres and social clubs and model villages.
- Places of worship can open for prayers and services, and weddings with up to 30 guests
- Theatres and concert halls will be able to open, but with no live performances
What will stay closed?
- Nightclubs, bowling alleys, spas, swimming pools and indoor soft play centres
