A much-loved Crewe Alexandra photographer has left the role after six seasons with the club - beginning his retirement.
Kevin Warburton photographed his final match for Crewe away to Gillingham on Tuesday 22 March - a narrow 2-1 defeat in Kent.
The snapper began his role as Crewe Alexandra's official club photographer in July 2018.
Mr Warburton was previously with non-league Whitchurch Alport - following the club up and down the country to provide match-by-match coverage.
He first filled in for Crewe during the 2017/18 season when Alport matches were postponed or re-arranged.
Mr Warburton's Crewe Alex images were displayed on Crewe Alexandra's website, the club' match day programme (later magazine) and its social media channels.
A number of football fans paid tribute to Warburton's Crewe Alex photography career on social media.
Scunthorpe United photographer, Luke Broughton, labelled him as a 'genuinely great person.'
Mr Broughton said: "Kevin Warburton was one of those guys who was so easy to get to know and a genuinely great person.
"A great photographer and will be a huge loss to the club and the people who knew him at the club.
"Enjoy your retirement my friend."
Mr Warburton confirmed he will be soon be speaking to Crewe Nub News about his time working for Crewe Alexandra FC.
