Man in hospital with 'serious injuries' following stabbing in Crewe
Seven people have been arrested following a stabbing in the West End of Crewe, with a 20-year-old man currently in hospital with "serious injuries."
On Sunday 14 January, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident on Oxford Street.
At around 6:25pm, officers arrived the scene, discovering a man had been stabbed.
The 20-year-old was taken to Royal Stoke Hospital for treatment and remains there at this time.
Seven people have been arrested in connection with the attack.
Enquiries into the assault remain ongoing, with police asking witnesses to come forward.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 6.25pm on Sunday 14 January, officers attended to the scene of a man with serious injuries on Oxford Road.
"A 20-year-old man was taken to Royal Stoke Hospital by ambulance for treatment. He remains there at this time.
"Seven people have been arrested by officers in connection with the incident.
"Anyone who has any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 1734699 give the details via the website, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
