Let agreed for two potential new businesses in Crewe town centre
Let has been agreed for two new potential businesses in Crewe town centre - including a former Post Office building.
Crewe town centre's former Post Office, 17 Delamere Street and the old Vision Express, 50 Market Street, are currently both under offer - with the let agreed.
The Delamere Street A1 retail unit has been vacant since March 2014 - when Crewe Town Post Office relocated into WHSmith, Victoria Centre.
This unit was later split into two with Change Grow Live, drug and alcohol service, taking the smaller of the pair.
17 Delamere Street has been to let under JNI Properties at £22,500 per annum - for 1,429 sq. ft of retail space.
It is located opposite the anticipated second phase of Crewe's Royal Arcade development.
The Market Street unit with its let agreed has been vacant since spring 2022.
This came after Vision Express relocated next door into the former Barnardo's charity shop.
The Crewe town centre property has been listed by Legat Owen at £18,000 per annum - for 1,723 sq. ft of retail space.
It is located close to a number of food outlets - including Costa Coffee, Little Dessert Shop, Starbucks, Subway and Hong's Noodle Dumpling Bar.
Both Crewe town centre units are anticipated to have an official rent agreement soon.
