Four people have been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the "supply of illegal drugs," following an incident in Crewe.

On Wednesday 18 October, Cheshire Police stopped a car on Cornwall Grove, off Richard Moon Street.

At 12:54pm, officers got all four occupants out of the vehicle and conducted a search.

Two men, aged 31 and 38, and two women, aged 28 and 32, were arrested for their involvement in the supply of illegal drugs in Crewe (Google).

An investigation into the incident remains ongoing, with the quartet remaining in police custody.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 12.54pm on Wednesday 18 October, officers stopped a car on Cornwall Grove.

"The four occupants of the car were arrested at the scene on suspicion of being involved in the supply of Illegal drugs.

An investigation into the Cornwall Grove incident remains ongoing, with the quartet remaining in police custody (Cheshire Police).

"The two men, aged 31 and 38, and two women, aged 28 and 32, all remain in custody at this time."
