Job of the Week: do you have a knowledge of car parts and stock management?

THE pandemic has had an impact on the jobs market, but despite these difficult times there are still some great job opportunities available in the Crewe area.

This week we feature a role for a Parts Advisor with the Swansway Group's repair team at its Accident repair centre in Crewe.

The job requires an understanding of the parts required for the work being booked on site as well as a knowledge of stock management.

You will also need to build up a good working relationship with external parts suppliers.

Among the duties are:

  • Ordering of parts
  • Stock management
  • Upselling of products and services
  • Becoming a parts expert

Swansway are looking for someone who has experience of a similar role in a dealership environment. They need to be able to prioritise their workload efficiently and be proactive and communicate well.

Location: Crewe/Permanent

Salary: £20k to £22k

Hours: 40
