Crewe are heading to the University of Bolton Stadium again.

CREWE will travel to the University of Bolton Stadium for the second time in two months after they were paired with Bolton in this evening's FA Cup first round draw.

The Alex edged (3-2) the previous encounter in the EFL Trophy on September 8 with goals from Mikael Mandron (2) and Owen Dale.

Wanderers have struggled to make an impact in League Two so far and Ian Evatt - who made the switch from Football League newcomers Barrow in the summer - has overseen just one win from the Trotters' opening eight fixtures.

Crewe, who reached the third round of the competition last season before bowing out to Championship Barnsley, have played Bolton before in the FA Cup - a 1-0 third round defeat at Burnden Park in January 1967.

The first round tie takes place on Saturday, November 7.
