An 'authentic' Crewe town centre eatery with 'really good reviews' has expanded its menu and delivery service - aiming to attract more customers in the area.

Bombaye Junction, Crewe Market Hall, joint-owned by Robby and her partner, Vipul - officially opened in June 2022.

The Indian eatery is made up of three employees - being well received by customers since launching.

"We are receiving really good reviews but we are hoping to appeal to more people in the market hall and wider across Crewe and Nantwich," said Robby.

Bombaye Junction started a delivery service around Crewe in February - aiming to gain more customers in the area.

It has recently added new food items to the menu - with a focus on lamb dishes.

Robby told Nub News: "The people who are trying our food are always coming back - they try all of our menu too.

"Our best selling item is chicken curry and rice - with samosas, biryanis, onion bhajis and paneer very popular too.

"We started using Deliveroo in February and we recently partnered with JustEat too.

"We are trying to introduce more food item. Lamb curry arrived on our menu in February and will be a big hit as more and more people try it.

"We are getting a fair amount of customers. Now we want to push our Indian food out there to attract lots more."

Bombaye Junction carried out a live cooking class at Crewe Market Hall on Mother's Day (March 27) - the first of its kind within the Crewe town centre venue.

This new event was a big hit within the market hall - with Robby confirming Bombaye Junction plans to do it again in the near future.

Bombaye Junction is now appealing to those who may be 'hesitant' to try out its dishes.

"Robby added: "Everybody seems to be doing well within the market hall. There is so much scope for our business to be more successful here.

"Some people are hesitant to try our food believing it may be too spicy or oily for them.

"Our food has lots of flavour, but it isn't too spicy. We use lots of different ingredients and I can assure everyone it is more too their taste than they may realise.

"Bombaye Junction serves authentic Indian food - its very tasty and different to other Indian eateries in the area.

"Our food is typical of what you would find in India itself - it is not too sweet or spicy."
