A Crewe resident who admitted to stealing almost £500 worth of clothes from a Staffordshire Primark store - learns her fate next month (February).

Carmen Curte, of Brookbank House, Wistaston Road, stole £453 worth of clothes from Primark, Potteries Centre, Hanley, on Thursday 29 December.

The 22-year-old woman, originally from Romania, admitted to the theft this January.

Curte will learn her fate at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Tuesday 9 February.

A report is currently being prepared by a probation officer.

Curte's bail was recently extended - allowing Staffordshire Police to complete their investigation.
