A Leading Crewe-based global mobility and connectivity employer has announced the acquisition of a specialist EV installers company.

Radius, headquartered in Crewe, announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Nottingham-based EV Charging Solutions on Tuesday (January 24).

EV Charging Solutions completes Radius' electric vehicle (EV) proposition for customers in the UK.

As specialist EV installers, the Nottingham company helps customers to find the right system for their needs and budget.

EV Charging Solutions has a wide portfolio of customers across the UK and has installed over 10,000 domestic and commercial units - helping single EV vehicle households or commercial fleets to charge EV cars, vans and buses.

This latest addition to Radius' portfolio sits alongside a number of recent acquisitions.

This includes Traction Finance, EV Back Office and Powerhouse Energy Management and means Radius now offers an end-to-end EV solution for customers including:

• Assessing fleet readiness for the EV switch
• Installing EV chargers
• Supplying EV vehicles
• Providing software to operate chargers
• Supplying energy
