Crewe man charged after driving BMW near town centre while disqualified

A Crewe man has been charged and will appear in court later this November, after driving while disqualified and without insurance.
On Tuesday 5 November, Cheshire Police sighted a BMW being driven by a disqualified driver in Crewe.
In the early hours, officers pulled the vehicle over, near to the centre of town.
Checks on the driver confirmed he was still disqualified from driving and was subsequently arrested at the scene.
Florin Papa, 28, of Crewe, has since charged with disqualified driving and driving without insurance.
He is set to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 20 November.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "A male was arrested in Crewe after disqualified driving.
"In the early hours of Tuesday 5 November, officers sighted a BMW driven by a disqualified driver near the town centre.
"When the vehicle stopped, officers detained the driver and checks showed he was still currently disqualified from driving.
"Florin Papa, 28, from Crewe, has been arrested and charged with disqualified driving and driving without insurance.
"He will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 20 November."
