Busy road closed following two-vehicle collision close to Crewe

A busy South Cheshire road was closed while recovery work took place - following a two-vehicle collision near Crewe.

Cheshire Police officers quickly arrived at the scene - finding two vehicles had collided with one another.

Officers closed off the road while recovery work took place.

People involved in the incident suffered no serious injuries.

On Tuesday 9 May, Cheshire Police confirmed the incident to Nub News.

A spokesperson said: "At 4.30pm on Saturday 6 May, officers were called to a two vehicle Collision on Old Park Road. 

People involved in the incident suffered no serious injuries (Crewe Police).

There were no serious injuries but the road was closed while recovery work took place.
