A Crewe estate agency business has won big at the British Property Awards 2023-24, along with its other branches across the North West.

Stephenson Browne, based on Nantwich Road, won 'Gold' for the best letting agent in Crewe, beating local competition.

The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK an invaluable opportunity to compare the service they provide against their local, regional and national competitors.

Stephenson Browne won 'Gold' for the best letting agent across the North West, also winning in nearby Newcastle-under-Lyme (Ryan Parker).

Crewe and Sandbach lettings manager, Jenny Williams, told Nub News: "Working within the lettings industry carries a real responsibility to ensure both our landlords and our tenants are well looked after at all times.

"To win such awards goes to show the commitment each and every member of our team makes everyday by giving A1 service.

"Who doesn't like to hear when they have done well? The awards we win are not throw away awards.

"They take some earning and we will certainly never tire of winning, just like we will never tire of aiming for the best in the business."

To add to the haul, Stephenson Browne Crewe won the 'Best In Postcode CW2' award for sales and lettings (landlords and tenants), at the 2023 ESTAS awards.

Crewe branch manager, Megan Edwards, said: "Winning this award means a great deal to me and my team especially given that we have been working so hard in a more challenging market.

"We have strived continuously to deliver a first class service to all our clients, creating an excellent rapport from the very first registration of an applicant through to handing over keys upon completion.

"We've upheld our values and beliefs at the forefront of every contact made and our wealth of experience and expertise has enabled us to deliver fantastic results.

"I'm so proud of what we have achieved and look forward to continually delivering our award winning service."

The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency award providers as they do not charge to enter.

This has enabled their award to be structured in a manner ensuring maximum participation, on average judging over 90 per cent of agents meeting the minimum criteria on a local level.

The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.

This judging criteria is comprehensive and detailed, exploring a different range of mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensuring the agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.

Sales director of Stephenson Browne, Craig Whitney added: "I couldn't be prouder of the Stephenson Browne team this year.

Stephenson Browne Crewe also won the 'Best In Postcode CW2' award for sales and lettings (landlords and tenants), at the 2023 ESTAS awards (Stephenson Browne).

"Whether it be office growth in terms of market share, or increasing our managed lettings portfolio, a lot of what we achieve is largely down to word of mouth in the service we provide.

"I must thank all our clients for the feedback we receive, and for that feedback to then be recognised in the array of awards the offices picked up in 2023 is humbling.

"We go again this year and look forward to continuing to strive to be the best in the business."
