Fast food chain commits to Crewe with proposed changes to store
An American fried chicken fast food restaurant chain is committing to an outlet in Crewe, with plans to alter the layout of the store.
On Thursday 16 May, Gastronomy Restaurants submitted a premises license application on behalf of KFC Crewe - Dunwoody Way.
The word's second-largest restaurant chain wants to install a number of new kiosks for Crewe customers, along with a delivery driver area.
The licensing application is on display at the KFC branch, which opened on Morrisons Car Park in 2019.
This development became KFC's second location in Crewe, with its other site on Grand Junction Retail Park.
KFC's premises license application reads: "Notice is hereby given that Gastronomy Restaurants have applied on 16 May 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as KFC Crewe Dunwoody Way.
"This is for a minor variation to the existing premises licence.
"There will be a change to the layout of the premises, with installation of kiosks and a delivery driver area."
Representations to KFC's application shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before Friday 31 May.
You can also submit your representation by emailing: [email protected].
KFC Crewe - Dunwoody Way, is open from 10:30am to 12am, seven days per week.
