We are delighted to introduce Jemma, Service Advisor at Swansway Jaguar Crewe.

Jemma has always been interested in mechanics and comes from a background in parts, however, there's more to the story.

It wasn't just Jemma's background that compelled her to apply for the role of service advisor, as a self-proclaimed Land Rover fanatic, Jemma jumped at the opportunity to work within the JLR brand.

"I'm loving the role, everyone is so nice. I have lovely colleagues and the customers are fantastic too," she said.

We are so pleased to hear that Jemma has settled into her new position, and it's great to see that our staff are so passionate about what they do.
