We are seeking a talented Technical Author to join our innovative team.We believe that effective communication is key to our success. As a Technical Author, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our products and our users, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and utilise our cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software and hardware products. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights. Create a variety of content types, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and online help. Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates. Ensure all content adheres to our style guide and quality standards.

Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly. Experience with CATIA or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
