Logistics & Transport Manager Crewe (Hybrid / Flexible Working)up to 68,000 DOE + 7K car allowance + bonus

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to design smarter, faster, and more efficient logistics operations. Are you someone who can spot opportunities and turn big ideas into measurable results? Our client are seeking a Logistics and Trasport Manager to join their team.

The Logistics and Transport Manager will:

• Lead the strategic direction of UK market logistics, optimising B2B and B2C networks
• Act as the key link with third-party logistics partners
• Driving collaboration, performance, and contract negotiations
• Analyse and transform current transport and distribution routes to cut costs
• Own the logistics budget, using forecasting and modelling to keep performance on track
• Ensure full compliance with UK regulations and global security standards while managing risks proactively
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Services, and Operations to deliver seamless, consumer-centric service
• Champion continuous improvement and lead cross-departmental projects to future-proof the distribution network

What the Logistics and Transport Manager must have:

• Degree or equivalent, with a CPC National qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
• 5+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain management with proven UK market knowledge
• Strong record of large-scale project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and third-party contract negotiation
• Sharp analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive, can-do mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities, both written and verbal
