Job Title: Social Worker (Adults) Location: Cheshire East Council Employment Type: Agency Pay Rate: 28.92 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or 37.03 LTD inclusive of holiday pay Responsibilities of the Social Worker (Adults) As a Social Worker (Adults), your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for adults requiring social services.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Candidate Requirements To succeed as a Social Worker (Adults), you should possess:

• Valid DBS clearance (please confirm whether a standard or enhanced check is required).
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, especially Adults Barred List checks.
• Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working within social services or related fields is preferred.
