- Conducting comprehensive assessments for adults requiring social services.
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Providing expert advice and support to vulnerable adults and their families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensuring that all safeguarding procedures, including Adults Barred List checks, are meticulously followed.
- Upholding safeguarding standards and promoting client welfare at all times.
- Managing caseloads efficiently to meet service targets and deadlines.
- Valid DBS clearance (please confirm whether a standard or enhanced check is required).
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, especially Adults Barred List checks.
- Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working within social services or related fields is preferred.
