JOB - Site Services Maintenance AssistantSHIFTS - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pmSALARY - 32,000LOCATION - CreweHOLIDAYS - 23 including Bank Holidays I am recruiting for a Site Services Maintenance Assistant based in Market Drayton to help maintain and service all electrical and mechanical infrastructure across the site. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to maintenance. As a Site Services Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the site's electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

The Role:Electrical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service all site lighting equipment to ensure proper illumination levels
  • Support the onsite electrician with electrical installations and upgrades
  • Assist in the completion of fixed wire and thermography testing

Mechanical Responsibilities:

  • Carry out remedial works following pest and fabrication audits.
  • Assist in daily operations of site water management systems, including:-Treatment plants-Legionella control-Perform general site repairs and mechanical maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Electrical and Mechanical expertise
  • Understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Motivation, energy, and a drive to succeed
