ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Mulliner Technician to be a part of the core team building the pinnacle luxury products from any of the Mulliner Key pillars of Classic, Coachbuilt, and Collections.

The Role:

• Technical expertise making individual a primary point of contact in one or more highly valued areas. Responsible to facilitate knowledge transfer of skill / experience.
• Communication and influencing skills which are utilised up to senior levels across the business.
• Qualified by Apprenticeship / extensive experience and skill and/or similar in a Core Skill.
• Experienced/Assessed/Competent in a Second Skill.

Requirements:

• Problem solving and continuous improvement techniques. Able to solve complex problems and work autonomously in challenging / unique circumstances.
• Use and development of specialist engineering facilities and equipment on and off site.
• Programmes and reporting tools
• PC Skills
• Diagnostic tools and software update packages
• Engineering/Technical/Craft Apprenticeship/NVQ qualifications
