Understand and give input to the manufacturing strategy and factory operational plan - translate these into the shift plan. To plan, organise and measure resources in terms of Productivity (people), Efficiency (equipment) and ancillary services (waste management, laundry & chemical supplies) to ensure agreed targets are met.
