Come along and join our menopause party at Tom's Tap hosted by Motherwell.

Drop in any time between 4 and 7 pm, entry Is free and parking available.

Open to all.

The bar will be staying open throughout the evening, with 'Brain Fog' beer, and 'Hot Flush' cocktail especially for the occasion.

There will be Caribbean inspired food available from The Sunshine Street Food Company from 4pm.

Steph from Motherwell will be doing a little talk at around 5.30pm on the day and will then lead a light hearted discussion on menopause. There will be information about how to access support from Motherwell with menopause and also how they can help businesses with menopause awareness training. There will even be some goody bags too!
