YMCA Cheshire is inviting the local community to its next GLO Café Soireé, a St Patrick's-themed fine dining evening, taking place on Friday 6 March 2026, from 6pm to 9pm.

Held on the first Friday of every month, the GLO Café Soireé offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a high-quality dining experience while giving young people the chance to gain practical experience working in a more formal restaurant setting.

For this St Patrick's Special, guests will enjoy a three-course taster journey inspired by traditional Irish flavours. The menu includes Boxty (potato cake) with white pudding and fried egg to start, followed by a choice of Guinness and prune-braised beef shin with thick-cut chips, cabbage and bacon, or a vegetarian Irish stew with soda bread and Irish butter. Dessert will be a Baileys cheesecake.

The evening is bring your own drinks, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options welcome.

Tickets are £20 per person.
