We will be joined by Dr Matilda Chongwa from Global Diabetes Initiatives to give an informal talk on diabetes awareness, prevention, and the link between diabetes, emotional wellbeing, and dementia. She will also be offering free health checks on diabetes risks, blood pressure (hypertension) and BMI. As always, a great chance to socialise and refreshments will also be available before and after the talk.
