Woman rescued from car after two-car collision in Crewe

FIRE crews rescued a woman who was trapped in her car after a road crash in Crewe.

The woman was passed into the care of paramedics after the collision involving two cars on Richmond Road around 10.40 yesterday morning.

Two fire engines and attended from Crewe and firefighters remained on scene for around 40 minutes.

The condition of the woman is not known.
