Woman, 33, banned from Crewe's main retail park for five years

A woman has been banned from Crewe's main retail park, following the successful application of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Ashley Thomas, 33, of Crewe, is now subject to a five-year CBO, granted at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Monday 23 June.
The order comes following shoplifting offences at Grand Junction Retail Park.

Under the terms of the order, Thomas is now prohibited from entering the park. If Thomas breaches this restriction, she will be committing a criminal offence.
Inspector Dan Welch, of Crewe Local Policing Unit, said: "We hope that with this lengthy criminal behaviour order, Thomas' offending will be stopped in its tracks.
"If she fails to adhere to the order, she faces going to prison.
"CBOs are one of the tools we use to tackle criminal behaviour and this order should serve as a reminder of how seriously we take offending of this nature."

Anyone who encounters Thomas breaching the above restriction is urged to contact Cheshire Police via the website, or call 101, to report it.
