AT Nub News we have launched a weekly round up of what's on in Crewe each weekend.

Every Thursday we bring you our top picks of the events being held in the area that are listed on our What's On section for the coming weekend.

If your business or organisation is running an event, you can advertise it for free with Crewe Nub News. Follow this link to our What's On section and click the black 'Nub It' button.

For our top events for this weekend why not get into the Halloween spirit at Crewe Market Hall or the Lyceum Theatre? While if you fancy a gig there is some indie folk music on at the Eight Farmers on Parker's Road.

1. Nightmare on Earle Street at Crewe Market Hall

There's a great two-day Halloween event at the Market Hall with fancy dress, games and live music on both Saturday (Andy Mac) and Sunday (Jo and George).

Read about it at our What's On page.

2. Halloween Party at Lyceum Theatre Studio, Crewe

Or you can party with our family at the Lyceum where the fun activities include a treasure hunt and costume competition.

The party is at the Hill Street venue's studio on Saturday (October 30). Read about it at our What's On section.

3. Just Above Snakes at The Eight Farmers

Lancaster indie-folk duo head down the M6 for a set of originals and covers at the Eight Farmers.

Free admission and you can check the band out here and read our listing here.
