Two taken to Leighton Hospital following Nantwich Bypass crash

Two people were taken to Crewe's Leighton Hospital as a precautionary measure, following a two-vehicle collision on the Nantwich Bypass.
On Wednesday 16 July, emergency services received reports of an incident on the South Cheshire road, close to A530 Middlewich Road Roundabout.
Around 4.45pm, Cheshire Police arrived at the scene, discovering a red Audi TT Coupe and a black & blue Renault Captur had collided with one another.

Crewe and Nantwich firefighters assessed casualties at the scene, with two people taken into the care of North West Ambulance Service paramedics.
Police dealt with a closure of the Nantwich Bypass for three hours until around 8pm.
No arrests were made in the incident, with both people expected to make a full recovery.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 4.45pm on Wednesday 16 July, police were called to reports of a collision on the A51 Nantwich Bypass.
"Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a red Audi TT Coupe and a black & blue Renault Captur.

"There were no reports of any serious injuries, but two people were taken to Leighton Hospital as a precautionary measure.
The road was closed while officers were dealing with the incident, the scene was cleared by 8pm.
