Two Crewe men charged following burglaries at town food shop

Two men have been charged following an investigation into two burglaries at Farmfoods in Crewe.
William Woodward, 40, of Broad Street was charged with burglary and two counts of shoplifting.
Corie Boak, 25, also of Broad Street, was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of shoplifting.
The two men were charged following an investigation by Crewe Beat Team and Crewe Area Investigation Team.

The burglaries took place between 19 and 31 December 2025, while the shoplifting offences took place at Morrisons in Crewe on 17 December and 21 December 2025, and on 25 September 2025 at Home Bargains in Liverpool.
They appeared at Crewe Magistrates on 3 January and are next set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on 7 January.
