Two men from Merseyside and a man from Crewe have been charged with Class A drug offences, following a warrant at a block of flats in the town.

On Tuesday 17 October, Cheshire Police response officers and specialist units were deployed to an address on Waverley Court.

After searching a flat, officers found a large amount of crack cocaine and heroin.

Two people from Crewe and two from Merseyside were arrested at the scene.

Jordan Lowe, 34, from Merseyside and Christian Meakin, 31 from Crewe, have since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A and concern In offer to supply class A.

Sian Cortlett, 32 from Merseyside has also been charged with possession of class A drugs.

All three have been bailed to appear at court this October.

The fourth arrest, a male from Crewe, has since been released on conditional bail.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Four people have been arrested after a drugs warrant was executed on Tuesday 17 October.

"Response officers and specialist units carried out a drugs warrant at an address on Waverley Court Crewe.

"A large amount of crack cocaine and heroin was found, with two people from Merseyside and two people from Crewe arrested. 

"Jordan Lowe, 34, from Merseyside has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A, and concern In offer to supply class A. He was remanded to appear at court. 

"Christian Meakin, 31 from Crewe, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A, and concern In offer to supply class A. He was remanded to appear in court.

The fourth arrest, a male from Crewe, has since been released on conditional bail (Cheshire Police).

"Sian Cortlett, 32 from Merseyside has been charged with possesion of class A drugs and bailed to appear at court.

"A male from Crewe has been released on bail."
