A Mexican restaurant is searching for a franchisee to help them open up a branch in Crewe along with 33 other locations, following its success in South Yorkshire.

Cactus Jack's, currently with just one site, based on Hall Gate, Doncaster, is seeking a rapid expansion across the UK.

This is according to BusinessForSale.com and the Cactus Jacks website.

Cactus Jack's serves dishes such as tacos, ribs, nachos, enchiladas and burritos, as well as chargrilled meats, burgers, chicken wings, salads and alcoholic beverages (Cactus Jack's).

These sources reveal 34 locations the Tex-Mex casual dining brand wants to explore opening in.

Cactus Jack's serves dishes such as tacos, ribs, nachos, enchiladas and burritos, as well as chargrilled meats, burgers, chicken wings, salads and alcoholic beverages.

As well as Crewe its target location list includes the likes of Blackpool, Liverpool and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, along with nearby Chester and Macclesfield.

Cactus Jack's is seeking franchise partners to open up new restaurants with them.

This listing is by no means any confirmation Cactus Jack's will definitely come to Crewe.

Should someone want to kickstart this franchise opportunity in Crewe, an initial liquid capital of £30,000 plus VAT would be required.

As well as Crewe, Cactus Jack's target location list includes the likes of Blackpool, Liverpool and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, along with nearby Chester and Macclesfield (Cactus Jack's).

A Cactus Jack's advert reads: "As a Cactus Jack's franchise owner, you will operate in an exclusive territory under an initial five-year licence with two automatic rights to renew for a further five years each time giving you fifteen years in total and longer if you decide to continue."

"Your overall investment requirement, including working capital, will be around £240,000 dependent on the size of your location.

"This figure can be reduced by using asset finance for the purchase of equipment and we will be happy to discuss this option with you.

"Banks are also very supportive of franchised businesses due to their high success rate and will tend to lend up to 50 per cent of the required capital.

"We will be happy to introduce you to the franchise department of your chosen bank.

"Initially we just need to know that you have the £30,000 (+ VAT) franchise fee in readily available liquid funds and the potential to raise 50% of the total required of circa £120,000.
