Supermarket chain submits premises licences to alter shop layouts in Crewe
A German budget supermarket chain has submitted premises licence applications to alter its two shop layouts in Crewe, as well as other stores across Cheshire.
On Monday 26 February, Aldi submitted premises licence applications for its Nantwich Road and University Way stores.
Aldi seeks permission to amend the current approved layouts of the shops, with no change to licensable activities.
The supermarket has also submitted an application to change its Nantwich, Congleton, Sandbach and Knutsford stores.
The premises license applications read: "Notice is hereby given Aldi Stores Limited has applied to Cheshire East Council on 26 February for a minor variation to a premises licence for Aldi, University Way/Nantwich Road, Crewe.
"The proposed variation is to amend the current approved plan of the premises, with no change to the licensable activities."
Representations to Aldi's applications shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before Monday 11 March.
You can also submit your representation by emailing: [email protected].
