A local pub will show Crewe Alex's play-off deciding match on all screens this Saturday (April 27), with the crunch game set to be shown on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.

The Imperial, Edleston Road, will screen Colchester United versus Crewe Alex, which kicks off at 3pm, in the Alex's final EFL League Two match of the 2023/24 season.

Coverage for the game starts at 2:45pm, with Crewe knowing they need a point at JobServe Community Stadium to guarantee a play-off position. A point for Colchester would also guarantee safety.

The Imperial will show Crewe's huge game on all eight screens, including one (40 inch) in its beer garden (Nub News).

Joint owner, Lauri Pass, told Nub News: "We will be showing Colchester versus Crewe Alex on all our screens this Saturday.

"We have lots of TVs inside. We have two 75 inch screens, three 40 inch screens and two 32 inch screens.

"There is also a 40 inch TV in our lovely beer garden. We will be serving pints priced from £3.05.

"We hope Crewe Alex fans not travelling to Essex can come and enjoy the game in a fun and safe atmosphere."

Crewe Alexandra will be unable to open its bars to supporters at Mornflake Stadium on Saturday due to prior external bookings, so The Imperial is the perfect place to watch.

Crewe Alex supporters will be able to watch the match on any of The Imperial eight screens (Nub News).

With the match being shown on Sky Sports, iFollow coverage will now only be available to people based outside of the UK.

Crewe are hoping to have Courtney Baker-Richardson and Chris Long back available for this Saturday's big match.
