Thursday to Monday - Free Exhibition Train @ Crewe Railway Station

A touring exhibition train celebrating 200 years of Britain's railways has arrived at Crewe station, with free public access over five days.

The special train, called Inspiration, is stationed at Crewe from Thursday 15 to Monday 19 January.

The visit forms part of the national Railway 200 programme marking the bicentenary of the modern railway.

Co-curated by Railway 200 and the National Railway Museum, Inspiration operates as a mobile museum, spread across four carriages.

The exhibition is free to attend, but tickets must be booked in advance and shown at Crewe Station on arrival. Opening times are 10am to 5pm, with last entry at 4pm.

Friday - Sing The Musicals @ Crewe Lyceum Theatre

Sing the Musicals is live at Crewe Lyceum Theatre on Friday 16 January.

Direct from London's West End, this is the first national tour of the greatest musicals of all time performed by a sensational live band and character singers.

With a giant screen and sing along lyrics, this the must see show of 2026.

Featuring: Mamma Mia, The Greatest Showman, Dirty Dancing, Les Mis, Phantom, Rocky Horror, Mary Poppins, Oliver, We Will Rock You and many more.
