Come along to this Wildflower Meadow Drop In session at Queens Park from 11am on Sunday 8 September.

Activities include:

  • Have a-go-at scything
  • Bug Hunts and wildflower ID
  • Craft activities

The activities are all about celebrating the traditional and wildlife friendly ways to manage areas of wildflower rich grassland.

These methods can be applied to any meadow, from Queen's Park to your back garden.

In England, gardens take up more than four and a half times the area than that of our National Nature Reserves.

Why not take these methods home and see if you can encourage more wildlife into your garden.

Parking is available on the Queens Park Car Park.
