The Crewe mum told Nub News: "A huge shoutout to the Crewe Lifestyle Centre team.

"At the start of 2023 I'd never stepped foot in a gym in my life, as I'd always been too anxious and have a busy life being a mum of seven, with some of my children having additional needs.

"I weighed 199 pounds and was a size 18/20 plus, feeling miserable in myself.

"After a few difficult life events including a badly broken wrist, I started off attending the Aquafit and Clubbercise classes.

"As my wrist started to recover, I then moved onto weights and resistance training in the gym.

"I absolutely love working out and I'm starting to gain more confidence as time goes on."

Aquafit is a full body Aerobics class but in the water.

There are huge number of benefits to this class, including it being kind on your joints and working your whole body and is uniquely inclusive.

Clubbercise is a fun, easy to follow class, consisting of dance routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from the 1990s.

Group fitness classes are way to jump into your fitness journey, providing a social aspect to being active along the way.

Tasha said: "I started to see progress from where I started, reaching 150 pounds in weight and fitting in a size 12/14.

"I feel stronger and healthier than I've ever felt, with a big thanks to the Crewe team and everyone at Everybody who has helped me reach this health and fitness goal.
