The live Easter events are already in full swing with quiz night at The Duke of Gloucester on Thursday 28 March. Crewe Market Hall's Big Quiz is also on, as well as Quiz Night at The Rising Sun Vaults. 

Crewe Alex travel to Gillingham on Good Friday (March 29), before hosting Forest Green at Mornflake Stadium on Easter Monday (April 1).

Thursday - Mousetrap @ Crewe Lyceum Theatre

Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap is live at Crewe Lyceum Theatre from Thursday 28 March to Saturday 30 March.

This thrilling West End production is the genre-defining murder mystery from the best-selling novelist of all time, starring Todd Carty (EastEnders, The Bill) and Gwyneth Strong (Only Fools and Horses, EastEnders).

As news spreads of a murder in London, a group of seven strangers find themselves snowed in at a remote countryside guesthouse.

For almost 70 years, Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap has kept millions of people from every corner of the globe on the edge of their seats.

Performances start at 7:30pm on Thursday and Friday and 2:30pm and 7:30pm on Saturday. For tickets CLICK HERE.

Good Friday - Churches Together Good Friday Walk of Witness @ St Mary's Church

A Good Friday Walk of Witness is being started from St Mary's Church, heading to Crewe town centre, on Friday 29 March.

A Good Friday Walk of Witness is being started from St Mary's Church, heading to Crewe town centre, on Friday 29 March.

Please join us for the annual Walk of Witness. People will gather at St Mary's church at 10.45am, with the walk starting around 11:15am.

There will be singing as participants walk, stopping at a number of town centre locations to read the gospel accounts of Jesus last week and crucifixion. 

There will be a table with refreshments and kids activities the walk is finished, in Victoria Square next to Asda.

Saturday - Derailed @ The Eight Farmers

Derailed are performing live at The Eight Farmers on Saturday 30 March.

Local band, Derailed, are performing live at The Eight Farmers on Saturday 30 March.

As a rock band, they will be performing two energetic sets of your favourite rock classics led by a female vocalist 

Young children are welcome at The Eight Farmers until 8pm.

Derailed will be going live on stage at 9pm. The Parkers Road pub is open until 1am.

Easter Sunday - Crewe 10k @ Apollo Buckingham Health Science Campus

Crewe 10k is starting from Apollo Buckingham Health Science Campus on Sunday 31 March.

The well established road race is organised by South Cheshire Harriers running club. 

Taking place at 9.30am, this is a fast, flat and very popular 10k.

All participants will get free race photos and a goody bag with an Easter Egg.

This Edleston Road pub is open from 3pm until midnight on the bank holiday Monday.

Enjoy a game a pool with a drink from the bar, as well as snacks on offer.

There is a large beer garden ton the rear to chill out in also.
