A key highlight of the year was the completion of a £1.2 million project at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, the company's largest undertaking to date.

The successful execution of the project earned positive client feedback, reinforcing the company's industry credibility.

In business development, Construction Linx issued 738 quotations, expanding its client base with major partners such as Ocasa Homes, Network Space, and The Salvation Army.

The company's approach prioritises quality over quantity, focusing on fewer, high-value clients to drive long-term growth.

Looking ahead to 2025, Construction Linx aims to surpass £4 million in turnover and has outlined key recruitment plans.

The firm is set to hire a junior account manager, facilities management coordinator, multi-skilled tradespeople, and office support staff to sustain its expansion.

Managing director, Debbie Owen, said: "2024 has been a year of reflection to assist in plans for the future and celebrations for our 20 years in business.

"Along with a splash of growth, it shows just what we can achieve with the right team in place.

"The groundwork has been set, ready for our next three years of aggressive growth. "
