Sports fan Eddie Davies of United Carpets in Crewe is offering a pair of tickets to the last home game of the season, for Crewe Alex versus Wrexham AFC at Mornflake Stadium.

The Railwaymen will be hosting The Red Dragons at 12:30pm on Saturday 20 April.

Being a Saturday, Eddie will be working in the shop, so has put his tickets up for grabs for Nub News readers.

Crewe Alex will be hosting Wrexham AFC at the new kick off time of 12:30pm on Saturday 20 April (Ryan Parker).

The football supporter has had an advertising board at the ground for several years, as well as sponsoring other sports teams in the town, including netball.

Eddie said: "To be in with a chance of getting the tickets, Crewe fans need to simply follow our page on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

"You need to share the pinned post about the tickets, and add the hashtag #UnitedCarpetsCreweAlex2024."

The winner will be announced on the Nantwich Road shop's social media at 6pm on Tuesday 16 April.

Originally scheduled for 3pm, Crewe versus Wrexham's kick off time change was made at the request of Cheshire Police.

Tickets will go on general sale to supporters with a previous purchase history on Monday 8 April.
