A Crewe-based laundry business is celebrating seven "proud" years of operation on Saturday 24 May, thanking customers for their support with a special discount.

Since launching, Sunrise Laundry Services, Gateway, has grown significantly, now operating across five industrial units and serving both commercial and domestic clients across the North West.

Run by Chris Gillard, wife, Sam, daughter Danielle, (responsible for operations), and most recently, son, Rob, the family business had grown from strength-to-strength since its launch in 2018.

To mark the anniversary, Sunrise's domestic laundry customers are being offered a 10 per cent discount until Monday 7 July.

Since launching, Sunrise Laundry Services has grown significantly, now operating across five industrial units and serving both commercial and domestic clients across the North West (Ryan Parker).

Danielle told Nub News; "I am incredibly proud to say for the past seven years, we have been established in Crewe, serving the hospitality and leisure sector across the North West.

"It has been a journey shaped by resilience and passion, we have navigated a financial crisis, a global pandemic, soaring energy costs, inflation, and political shifts.

"Through it all, we haven't just held on; we have grown. What began as a modest operation has now expanded across five industrial units.

"We provide both commercial and domestic laundry services and have become one of the largest table linen hirers in Cheshire, growth that has come organically, fuelled by dedication and belief in what we do.

"I am especially proud of our growing portfolio of independent, local, and family-run businesses.

"Being part of their journey is a privilege, and so is contributing to the wider community through our work with charities and local initiatives.

"This year, I am honoured that we've been nominated for a national industry award — the LADAs, in recognition of our commitment to community values and service excellence.

"The nomination alone is a huge moment for us.

"None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our incredible team, loyal customers, and trusted suppliers.

Sunrise Laundry offers free and convenient customer parking, located on the doorstep of the premises.

The Gateway business is open for its wet cleaning service from 7am to 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday), 7am to 3pm (Friday) and 8am to 1pm (Saturday).
