Roadworks today: restrictions in place because of water works on Catherine Street

MOTORISTS in Crewe have been warned to look out for road works which are underway on Catherine Street.
They are being carried out by United Utilities whose staff are repairing water mains in the area.
Cheshire East Council says the works are scheduled to last until Friday (August 7) and delays are possible. Traffic light controls are in place on Catherine Street.
The work involves open cut excavation to repair a leak.
Nearby in Gresty Road there is long-term highway maintenance, which started up this month with the work due to run to April 30 next year.
