Road in Crewe closes for two-week emergency repair works
An emergency closure is currently in place on a major road in Crewe, with it targeted to reopen in two weeks.
South Street, between Nantwich Road and Dishers Pool & Snooker Club, closed in both directions around 11am on Tuesday 22 April.
The section of Crewe South road is expected to remain closed until Tuesday 6 May.
United Utilities is responsible for the road closure, allowing a sewer to be repaired.
Dishers Pool & Snooker Club can still be accessed from Gresty Road.
