Road closed following serious crash near Crewe pub

A road in Crewe remains closed, following a serious crash close a popular village pub on the edge of town.
On Thursday 27 August, emergency services responded to a crash on Main Road, Weston, close to The White Lion Weston.
An air ambulance has been sighted landed on a nearby field.
Police remain at the scene and told Nub News the section of road will be closed for a while.
Nub News has contacted Cheshire Police for comment.
