A popular Crewe pub is gearing up for an "action-packed" weekend of Halloween fun, with the decorated venue hosting a number of events.

The Imperial, Edleston Road kicks off its 'Halloween Weekend' at 8pm on Friday 27 October, with a spooky karaoke disco until 3am.

This event also runs on Saturday and Sunday night (until 2am), with the venue encouraging customers to come along in Halloween fancy dress.

As well as this, the venue will be hosting a 'Family Halloween Party' on Sunday 29 October and Tuesday 31 October.

Running from 3pm until 7pm, the fancy dress event will include a Halloween disco, sweets and treats and party activities.

Joint-owner of The Imperial, Lauri Pass, told Nub News: "The people of Crewe and beyond can expect an action-packed weekend of Halloween fun at The Imperial this weekend.

"We encourage people to come in fancy dress, with a free shot up for grabs for adults who make an effort.

"The Imperial is confident it it is the best decorated pub in Crewe this Halloween.

"We will also be showing the Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou fight on Saturday (October 28), across our screens.

"We hope you will join us for a fun and safe Halloween night out."

The Imperial has been run by Lauri and Nick Pass since June 2017, with the couple previously managing The Grand Junction, Heath Street.

The venue is open 3pm to 12pm (Monday to Wednesday), 3pm to 1am (Thursday), 12pm to 3am (Friday and Saturday) and 12pm to 2am (Sunday).
