Police hunt for man who stole food and alcohol from Crewe shop
Cheshire Police have released a CCTV appeal to locate a man who stole food and alcohol products, in a Crewe shoplifting incident.
On Thursday 12 December, officers received reports of a theft from Bargain Busters, Edleston Road.
The thief was captured on CCTV by the shop, with police now launching an appeal.
A Crewe Police spokesperson said: "We would like your help in identifying a person pictured in a CCTV image as part of an investigation into a shoplifting incident in Crewe.
"The investigation is in relation to an incident on 12 December where food and alcohol products are reported to have been stolen from the Bargain Busters store on Edleston Road.
"Crewe Police would like the public's help in identifying the person(s), pictured on CCTV, who they would like to speak to as part of this investigation.
"Information relating to this investigation can be reported online, quoting 24001047409 or by calling Cheshire Police on 101.
"Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
