Police Cheshire officers discovered the body of man close to a park in Crewe - believing his death to be 'non-suspicious.'

At around 7:15am on Saturday 18 March, police were called to Queens Park Gardens - following reports the body of a man had been found.

Police quickly informed the man's next of kin - believing his death to be 'non-suspicious.'

Cheshire Police believe the man's death to be 'non-suspicious' (Google).

The man's family are now appealing for information to help locate a bike he had before passing away.

On Friday 24 March, Cheshire Police confirmed the incident to Nub News.

A spokesperson said: "Officers were called at around 7.15am on Saturday 18 March to Queens Park Gardens, Crewe following reports that a body of a man had been found.

"His death is believed to be non-suspicious.

"His next of kin have been informed."

This incident came just two days after the body of a man was discovered in an area off Gresty Road on Thursday 16 March.

The walkway connecting Gresty Road with Crewe Road was cordoned off while officers dealt with the incident.

Police believe this man's death was also not suspicious.
