Police arrest and charge a Crewe man at Leighton Hospital

A Crewe man has been charged with an alleged incident at Leighton Hospital.  

Police arrested a man at the hospital on Friday (September 1st) after threats were made towards officers and staff.

Darren Holdcroft, 28, of Pear Tree Avenue, Crewe, has since been charged with use of threatening/ abusive language and obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court today (Monday, September 4th).
